Anusha Alles

Anusha earned a BA in English with a concentration in African American literature at the University of Pennsylvania. Her research interests include 20th and 21st century Anglophone Caribbean and Indian Ocean writers, with a focus on island plantation ecologies and the African slave trade and South Asian indenture diasporas. She is a co-founder and co-convener of the Race, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Colloquium here at Yale.
