Professor Fischel’s book, Sex and Harm in the Age of Consent, has been selected as the winner of the Foundations of Political Theory First Book Award. The Award will be presented during the business meeting of the Foundations section at APSA, in San Francisco on September 1st.
The committee was composed of Professors Keally McBride, Jeremy Elkins and Joshua Dienstag, who considered nearly 25 books for this award. A list of previous winners can be seen here: http://www.apsanet.org/section-17-first-book-award.
